Why Jus Between Us? JBU is fashion in a box for girls! Girls get to express their fashion and set new trends with items in their box. Each month our boxes are filled with an assortment of surprise goodies. Girls will gain confidence in their appearance while developing their personal style. You can sign up for one of our monthly or gift subscriptions… Parents leave the shopping to us; JBU brings trendy, fashionable items right to your door!

What’s in your box? Each box has an exciting assortment of four to five trendy pieces; each month our girls will receive new items. Most items will be based on your personalized profile. Sometimes we add specialty clothing like flip flops or tees, teen makeup palettes, trendy ear candy, and more. Just fill out our personalize questionnaire and we’ll take it from there!

When do I get my box? Subscriptions that are paid by the 5th of each month will be mailed out in a timely manner in order for the consumer to receive their box by 15th. Subscribers after the 5th will receive their box the following month.

How is my credit card billed? You can purchase 3, 6, or 12 month gift subscriptions. Gift subscriptions will be terminated after the last month of the term and will not automatically renew. They will receive the gift message with their tracking number once their order ships.

When is my card billed? Upon signing up for our subscription, your card will be charged.

Is shipping free? Unfortunately not! We have a flat rate $7 fee for shipping. At this time JBU only ships within the US (does not include Hawaii or Puerto Rico). Jus Between Us ships USPS Priority. (Estimated delivery time 2-4 days)

Can I gift a subscription or purchase a single box? Yes, you can! Purchase our Gift subscription package as the perfect gift. The items in our Gift boxes may vary from our regular subscription boxes at times. However, they are just as cute and fun… Don’t be alarmed!

Do you have refunds? No, we do not offer refunds. However we strive for satisfaction and will attempt to rectify any issues within our control. See the terms and conditions for details.

Can I cancel my subscription? We’d hate to see you go but if you must email us at info@jusbetweenus.com. Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the 1st of the month. Canceled subscription packages will not renew after the subscription has ended.
